Centenary Celebrations in First Class.

This week Ms. O' Reilly's First Class learned about the arrival of the Salesian Sisters to Limerick 100 years ago.We heard about the fantastic work which our Salesian sisters have done throughout the years and the work they continue to do today. We also looked at some pictures of the first Salesian Sisters in Limerick and the history of where they lived and worked. We feel so lucky to be part of the Salesian Community in our school. First Class helped Ms. O' Reilly to create an acrostic  poem to summarise the meaning of the Salesians in our school. We hope our Salesian Sisters enjoy their celebrations this week.
